CallGet a free audit

An AI receptionist that answers every call and message, day and night, and books appointments on your calendar.

AI agents pick up calls, reply to texts and Instagram or Facebook messages, book the appointment and hand it to you when a person is needed.

What you get.

Most inquiries are not lost to a better competitor. They are lost to a slow reply, a missed call or a message nobody saw until morning. The agent covers every channel at every hour, and you step in when it counts.

  • Calls answered in seconds on every plan, nights and weekends included. Texts and website chat from Book, web forms, Instagram and Facebook messages on Front Desk.
  • Your questions asked the way you would ask them, so you know the job before you call back.
  • Appointments booked on your calendar, with a reminder sent before each visit.
  • Follow-up that stops the moment someone books or says no.
  • Routine requests handled on the spot, like rescheduling, hours, service area and directions.
  • A clear hand-off to you, with a short summary, whenever a person is needed. The agent always says it is an AI assistant.

How it works.

  1. 01

    Free audit

We look at how you answer from what's public and send one ordinary test inquiry through your website, then time the reply. You see what a new customer sees.

  2. 02

    Script and rules

We write the replies with you, set what the agent may answer and book, and decide when it hands over to a person.

  3. 03

    Connect and test

Your business number, website forms, Instagram and Facebook feed one inbox and your calendar. We test every path before launch.

  4. 04

    Review and improve

We read the conversations every week, fix weak answers, and report reply times and bookings every month.

AI receptionist plans.

Done for you, on your number. Calls live in about a week; texting starts once carrier registration clears, usually 2–3 weeks. Month to month, 30 days' notice. Phone and texting fees bill to accounts in your name where possible.

First reply within 5 minutes, or your setup fee back. On any AI receptionist plan: if, in the first 30 days after go-live, a call or message on a channel your plan covers waits more than 5 minutes for a first reply because of the agent, we refund your setup fee. Outages at your phone carrier or the platforms are excluded.

Getting fewer than five calls a day and happy to set things up yourself? A $49–149 app like Rosie or Jobber's receptionist may be all you need, and we'll tell you so in the audit. What an AI receptionist costs →

What kind of business do you run?

Tap yours. Four more quick questions, then Sergei builds your free audit around the answers.

Questions, answered.

Will people know they are talking to AI?

Yes. The agent says it is an AI assistant at the start of every call and chat. If a call is recorded, it announces that first, because California generally requires everyone's consent before a confidential call is recorded.

What can it actually do?

Answer calls and messages, ask your qualifying questions, book appointments, send reminders and follow-ups, and pass the conversation to you when a person is needed.

What if it does not know the answer?

It says so, takes the details and hands the conversation to you. It only quotes prices and promises you have approved.

Does it replace my office staff?

No. It covers after hours, weekends and busy moments, and hands real conversations to your team.

Will it text people who did not contact me?

No. It replies only to people who reached out first, and your texting number is registered with the carriers before it goes live.

What is an AI receptionist?

An AI voice and text assistant that answers your business line and messages in your company's name, asks your questions, books the appointment and sends you a summary. It says it is an AI assistant at the start of every conversation.

What does it cost to run?

Answer from $249/mo (setup $500), Book from $590/mo (setup $1,500) and Front Desk from $1,190/mo (setup $2,500). Month to month with 30 days' notice. Phone and texting fees are billed to accounts in your name where possible. See the plans below or our guide to AI receptionist costs.

Is a $49 app enough?

Sometimes, yes. If you get a few calls a day, have no booking software and are happy to set it up yourself, an app like Rosie or Jobber's receptionist can be enough. We say so in the audit. You pay us for a script built for your trade, booking into your own software, weekly call reviews and one person accountable.

Can it text back missed calls?

Yes, on the Book plan and up. It texts people who just called you, never a list, and your texting number is registered with the carriers first.

See which calls and messages slip through.

A free, written audit of how fast you answer calls, texts and messages, after hours too, and where an AI agent could help.
