CallGet a free audit

HVAC marketing that answers every no-cool call, even at night.

Your website, ads and listings, an AI agent and follow-up, set up for repair calls, system replacements and maintenance plans and run as one system. Calls and messages get an answer on the first ring, urgent ones reach your on-call tech, and the rest get a technician window on your schedule.

New, and upfront about it.

Where good HVAC calls slip away.

HVAC work arrives in waves. The first hot afternoon or the first cold night, every system in town gets tested at once, and homeowners call whoever answers first. Then the replacement quotes come, and the slow months after. Good calls tend to slip away in the same few places.

  1. 01

The first heat wave breaks the phones.

Every AC in town gets tested on the same afternoon. The homeowner calls the first company in the results, and if it goes to voicemail or rings forever, they call the next one.

  2. 02

Every no-heat call sounds urgent. Not every one is.

A gas smell, a CO alarm, no heat with a newborn at home and a thermostat that just needs batteries all ring the same phone. Without a few questions up front, the on-call tech gets woken for things that can wait until morning.

  3. 03

    Paid leads are shared leads.

Lead apps often send one request to several companies, and ads bring everyone from true no-cool calls to people pricing a heat pump for next year. You pay for all of it.

  4. 04

The replacement estimate goes out. Then silence.

A new furnace, AC or heat pump is a big decision, often with financing and rebates to sort out. The comfort advisor leaves a quote at the kitchen table, and nobody follows up, because everyone is out on calls.

  5. 05

    Maintenance plan members quietly lapse.

Spring and fall tune-ups come and go, members forget, and renewals depend on someone in the office remembering to call before the season.

  6. 06

The slow months are slow on purpose.

Between the first cold snap and the first heat wave, the board empties. That is the time to fill tune-ups and replacement visits, and it is usually when nobody is running the ads.

One system, built for heating and cooling.

One person runs all of it. Start with the piece that leaks the most and add the rest when you are ready.

Tuned to the calls you want more of.

We start with the jobs you want more of: your ads and your site point there first. One AI agent answers every inquiry with the same few questions and books the visit.

  • No cooling, no heat

The calls that come in waves on the first hot or cold day. The agent answers right away, flags anything urgent to your on-call tech and books the first open window.

  • System replacement

The biggest tickets, from a furnace swap to a full heat pump changeout. Ads and your site point here, and every inquiry gets an estimate visit on your calendar.

  • Maintenance plans

Steady work between busy seasons. Your plan explained on the site, members reminded before spring and fall, and renewals that do not depend on memory.

  • Heat pumps and mini-splits

A growing share of replacement questions. A clear page that explains what you install, and estimate visits booked from it.

On every inquiry, the agent asksWhat's wrongAddressAnyone at risk? When worksAnything else goes to you. Separate question flows for each job type are a project, quoted after the audit.

What kind of business do you run?

Tap yours. Four more quick questions, then Sergei builds your free audit around the answers.

Questions, answered.

We got burned by an agency. Why is this different?

Fair question. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no 12-month contract. Every account, site and phone number stays in your name, and so do recordings and transcripts. You deal with Sergei, not an account manager. And if the free audit shows you don't need us, it says so.

What does the AI agent do with a real emergency?

It follows the rules you set with us. For a gas smell or a CO alarm, it tells the caller to get out of the house and call 911 or the gas company from outside, then alerts your on-call person right away. For no heat in a cold snap, no cooling with someone at risk, or water leaking from the unit, it asks your triage questions and reaches your on-call tech or books the first window. It does not try to diagnose or walk anyone through repairs.

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. It says it is an AI assistant at the start of every conversation, and phone calls are announced as recorded. Anything that needs judgment, like a pricing exception, an upset customer or a call your on-call tech should take, goes to a person, with a summary.

How do you handle HVAC SEO and your Google Business Profile?

We do not sell SEO as a separate service. It is part of Ads & Listings and the Growth plan. Your Google Business Profile gets the right categories, service areas, hours and fresh install photos, and every customer is asked for a review the same way. Your site gets a page for each service and city you serve, clear license and contact details, and the same name, address and phone number as your listings. Seasonal pages, like AC repair and tune-ups, go up before the season, not during it. We report where calls come from each month. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.

Will it quote prices?

Only what you approve. Many companies share their service call or diagnostic fee up front. Replacement pricing, rebates and financing usually wait for the estimate visit, and the agent books that visit instead of guessing.

Do I have to switch from ServiceTitan or Housecall Pro?

No. We start with the field service software, phone and calendar you already use. If something cannot connect, the audit says so and suggests the simplest fix.

We get leads from Local Services Ads, Angi, Thumbtack and Yelp. Do those work with this?

Yes. Where the platform allows it, those leads get the same fast answer and follow-up as your own calls. Every source is tracked, so you can see which ones turn into booked jobs and decide where to keep paying. The screening for Local Services Ads is Google's own process. We help you prepare for it.

Will you text my customers?

Only customers who asked for texts or agreed to them, like on-the-way updates or tune-up reminders for plan members, with a clear way to opt out. We never send cold texts or robocalls.

Will my license number be on the site and in the ads?

Yes. California requires your CSLB license number in advertising, including your website. For most HVAC companies that is a C-20 license, and we check how it is shown in every audit.

How do you handle reviews?

Every customer gets the same review request after the job. We never filter who gets asked and never offer anything in exchange, which is how the FTC says reviews should be requested.

Can you promise more calls or booked jobs?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise what we control, like launch dates, answer times, follow-up that actually runs and tracking that works, and we show you the numbers every month.

Do you work outside Orange County?

Yes. We are based in Orange County and work with HVAC companies anywhere in the US. Everything can be done remotely.

See which no-cool calls you miss after hours.

A free, written audit for your company. One test call after hours and how fast it gets an answer, your site and license display, your Google profile and reviews, and what could run on its own.
