CallGet a free audit

Roofing marketing that answers every leak call, even mid-storm, and offers an inspection time.

Your website, ads and listings, an AI agent and follow-up, set up for leak repairs, inspections and full replacements and run as one system. Calls and forms get a reply in seconds, photos before anyone climbs a ladder and an inspection on your calendar, then follow-up by email, and by text where the homeowner agreed to it.

New, and upfront about it.

Where good roofing calls slip away.

Roofing calls are urgent when it rains and easy to put off when it does not. Homeowners with a leak want a fast, calm answer, and homeowners pricing a new roof compare a few contractors and pay attention to how each one responds. Good calls tend to slip away in the same few places.

  1. 01

It rains, and every phone rings at once.

Leak calls arrive in waves after a storm, often at night or on a weekend, while your crews are already out tarping. Homeowners with water coming in call the next roofer on the list.

  2. 02

    Paid leads are shared leads.

Lead marketplaces often send one request to several roofers, and ads bring everyone from a missing shingle to a full tear-off. You pay for all of it.

  3. 03

The truck rolls before anyone sees a photo.

A drive out for a gutter question, a city you do not serve or a roof type you do not work on. A couple of photos up front would have told you.

  4. 04

Insurance questions land on the wrong desk.

Homeowners ask whether insurance will pay before they ask anything else. Those answers need you, not whoever picked up the phone.

  5. 05

The replacement estimate goes out. Then silence.

A full replacement is a big decision, and homeowners take time to compare. Without follow-up, a good estimate just sits in an inbox.

  6. 06

    Dry months, empty pipeline.

When the weather is good, nobody thinks about the roof, and marketing stops. Then the first rain arrives with nothing lined up.

One system, built for roofers.

One person runs all of it. Start with the piece that leaks the most and add the rest when you are ready.

A website that shows the roofs you have built.

  • Pages for repairs, inspections, replacements and roof types
  • Your CSLB license number on the site and in every ad, as California requires
  • A short form for job type, city, roof type and photos
  • Fast and easy to use on a phone, standing in the yard

Tuned to the jobs you want more of.

We start with the jobs you want more of: your ads and your site point there first. One AI agent answers every inquiry with the same few questions and books the visit.

  • Leak repairs

The most urgent call. The agent replies right away, asks for a photo and offers the earliest inspection.

  • Inspections

Before a sale or after a storm. A clear way to book one from your site, your ads and your listings.

  • Replacements

The biggest job and the longest decision. Real roofs on your site, and a follow-up email after every estimate.

  • Gutters and exterior

Smaller jobs that bring customers back. Booked through the same agent, with no extra setup.

On every inquiry, the agent asksWhat happenedAddressA photoWhen worksAnything else goes to you. Separate question flows for each job type are a project, quoted after the audit.

How one call moves.

Example. A leak inquiry that comes in on a Sunday morning after a night of rain.

What kind of business do you run?

Tap yours. Four more quick questions, then Sergei builds your free audit around the answers.

Questions, answered.

We got burned by an agency. Why is this different?

Fair question. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no 12-month contract. Every account, site and phone number stays in your name, and so do recordings and transcripts. You deal with Sergei, not an account manager. And if the free audit shows you don't need us, it says so.

Will the AI agent talk to homeowners about insurance claims?

No. It never gives insurance or legal advice and never says whether a claim will be covered. When a homeowner asks, it notes the question and passes it to you with a summary, so you decide how to answer.

What happens when everyone calls at once after a storm?

The agent answers every call, text and form at the same time, asks for photos and the basics, and offers the inspection times you have open. You see the summaries and decide which jobs go first.

Will it quote prices?

Only what you approve. Some roofers like to share a typical range for a common repair. If you prefer not to, the agent books an inspection and leaves pricing to you.

We get leads from Angi, Thumbtack and Yelp. Do those work with this?

Yes. Where the platform allows it, those leads get the same fast reply and follow-up as your own inquiries. Every source is tracked, so you can see which ones turn into inspections and decide where to keep paying.

Will my license number be on the site and in the ads?

Yes. California requires your CSLB license number in advertising, including your website, and we check it in every audit.

Will the ads and messages pressure homeowners after a storm?

No. We write plain, calm copy about what you do and where you work. No scare tactics, no door-knocking scripts, and no texts to anyone who has not agreed to get them.

Does anything go out with my name on it without my approval?

No. You approve every reply template and every post before launch, and we read the first conversations ourselves. Posts use your own roof photos, only with the homeowner's permission.

How do you handle reviews?

Every customer gets the same review request after the job is done. We never filter who gets asked and never offer anything in exchange, which is how the FTC says reviews should be requested.

How do you handle roofing SEO and your Google Business Profile?

We do not sell SEO as a separate service. It is part of Ads & Listings and the Growth plan. Your Google Business Profile gets the right categories, service areas and real roof photos, and every customer is asked for a review the same way. Your site gets a page for each service, like leak repair, inspections and full replacements, and for each city you serve, with your license and the same name, address and phone number as your listings. Google Ads and Local Services Ads cover the jobs you want while that work builds. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.

Can you promise more calls or signed roofs?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise what we control, like launch dates, reply times, follow-up that actually runs and tracking that works, and we show you the numbers every month.

Do you work outside Orange County?

Yes. We are based in Orange County and work with roofing and exterior contractors anywhere in the US. Everything can be done remotely.

See where your roofing calls slip away.

A free, written audit for your company. One test inquiry and how fast it gets a reply, your site and license display, your listings and reviews, and what could run on its own.
