What you get. No sales sequence.
A short written report
A few pages, by email. Plain language, with screenshots of what we saw.
Biggest wins first
The three things most likely costing you customers, with how much work each takes and who can do it.
What is already working
Your strengths, so you know what to keep.
Within 3 business days
By email, from Sergei, who does every audit himself. If you'd rather walk through it together, ask for a 15-minute call in the form.
What we check.
The path from a customer's first search to a booked job, and the busywork behind it.
- 01
How customers find you
Your Google Business Profile and Maps listing, Yelp, Angi and other listings, your ads if you run them, your reviews and replies, and what ChatGPT says when someone asks for a business like yours. Plus whether each call and form is tracked to where it came from.
- 02
How fast and how well you answer
We send one test inquiry through your website, like a customer would, and time the reply. Does someone answer, ask the right questions and offer a next step? Does anyone follow up? For calls, texts and social messages, we check the channels you list publicly, like what a caller hears when no one picks up.
- 03
Your website
What a customer sees on a phone in the first few seconds. How fast it loads, how easy it is to call or ask for a quote, and whether reviews, real work and required license numbers are easy to find.
- 04
Where your week goes
Tell us in the form what eats your time, like estimates, follow-ups, scheduling or data entry. We point out which of those tasks could run on their own.
What a finding looks like.
Every finding is something we saw, with a time, a number or a screenshot. Not "your site looks dated".
A test inquiry waited 26 hours for a first reply.
What we saw
We asked about a kitchen remodel through your website form on Tuesday at 7:40 PM. No confirmation came. The first reply arrived by email on Wednesday at 9:52 PM. It offered a call but asked nothing about the project. No follow-up came after that.

Why it matters
Slow first replies are one of the most common leaks we look for, and one of the cheapest to fix.
What we'd do
Send an instant reply to every form with two or three questions about the job and a few times to talk. Then one follow-up if there is no answer.
What's working
Your project photos are real and recent, and your Google rating is strong. Keep both front and center.
Example finding. The business, times and numbers are illustrative. Your report covers your own business.

About the audit.
Is it really free?
Yes. You get the written report either way. If a project makes sense, we suggest one with a fixed price. If you'd rather fix things in-house, the report is yours to keep.
What is the difference between the free and the deep audit?
The free audit looks at what any customer can see. The deep audit ($497) also looks inside your ads, analytics and listings with view-only access you grant, and adds a 30-minute video walkthrough and a 90-day plan. Its price is credited toward your first project.
How do I pay for the deep audit?
Not on this site. We confirm the scope with you first, then send an invoice. Work starts once it is paid.
Do I need to get on a call?
No. The report comes by email. If you'd like to talk it through, tick "Call me" in the form or call or text (949) 244-4348.
How long does it take?
The free audit comes back within 3 business days. For the deep audit, we agree the dates together with the scope, before anything is invoiced.
Do you need my logins or access to my accounts?
Not for the free audit. It uses public information only: your website, your Google profile, your listings and reviews, and how AI tools describe you. The deep audit can include read-only access to your ads and analytics, only if you choose to give it.
What is the test inquiry?
We send one ordinary inquiry through your website, like a customer would, and note how and when you reply. We never book an appointment, and the report tells you it was us.
Can you promise more leads or a top ranking?
No. The audit shows what customers see and how inquiries are handled, and what we would fix first. Results depend on your market and your business.
Is this a legal or accessibility compliance review?
No. It is a design and marketing review. Where we notice accessibility issues or missing license numbers, we point them out as observations, not legal advice.
