CallGet a free audit

Auto repair marketing that answers every call and text, even with your hands under a car.

Your website, ads and listings, an AI agent and follow-up, set up for brakes, diagnostics, maintenance and repairs and run as one system. Calls and messages get a reply in seconds and a drop-off on your schedule, then a reminder by text where the customer agreed to it.

New, and upfront about it.

Where good repair jobs slip away.

Car trouble rarely waits for a good time. Drivers call or message a few shops, and the first one that answers with a clear next step usually gets the car. Good repair jobs tend to slip away in the same few places.

  1. 01

The phone rings while everyone is under a car.

Your techs are in the bays and the service desk is with a customer. The caller hangs up and tries the next shop on the map.

  2. 02

Yelp messages and texts wait until closing.

People message the shop before work, at lunch and on Sunday night. By the time someone checks the app, they have booked elsewhere.

  3. 03

Price shoppers take up the front desk.

The same "how much for brakes?" over and over, with no year, make or mileage. Every answer is a guess until the car is on the lift.

  4. 04

    The estimate sits unapproved.

The car is torn down and waiting. The customer missed the call, so the bay stays tied up until someone reaches them.

  5. 05

    Customers forget you between visits.

Oil changes and inspections come due, and nobody reminds them. The next visit goes to whoever they find first.

  6. 06

The website does not show what you fix.

No list of services, no makes you specialize in, no way to book a drop-off. People searching for brake repair near them move on.

One system, built for repair shops.

One person runs all of it. Start with the piece that leaks the most and add the rest when you are ready.

A website that shows what you fix.

  • Pages for brakes, diagnostics, maintenance and the makes you know best
  • Your shop name, BAR registration number and BAR-listed phone number in your ads and on your site, as California requires
  • Drop-off booking with year, make, model and mileage
  • Fast and easy to use on a phone

Calls answered while you are in the bay.

  • Replies to calls, texts, website chat and Yelp messages, fast
  • Collects vehicle, mileage and symptoms. Never diagnoses or quotes what you did not give it
  • Books the drop-off and reserves the bay on your schedule

Found when someone searches for repair nearby.

  • Google Ads, and Local Services Ads where available, by service and city
  • Google Business Profile with hours, services and shop photos kept current

  • Every call and booking tracked to its source

Less phone tag between inspection and pickup.

  • Estimate sent by text or email for the customer to approve, with the approval saved

  • Oil and inspection reminders to existing customers who agreed to them
  • Review request after pickup, and your shop software updated

Your shop, posted for you.

Your techs already see interesting work every day. We turn shop photos and car-care tips into posts for Google, Instagram and Facebook, written in your voice and approved by you before anything goes out.

  • Car-care tips written for you, approved by you
  • No customer plates or faces without permission

Tuned to the jobs you want more of.

We start with the jobs you want more of: your ads and your site point there first. One AI agent answers every inquiry with the same few questions and books the visit.

  • Brakes

The repair people search for most urgently. Ads and your site lead with brakes, and the agent books a drop-off instead of guessing a price.

  • Diagnostics and check engine

Hard to price over the phone. The agent explains that a tech needs to look at it and books the diagnostic.

  • Maintenance and oil changes

Quick visits that bring people back. Easy online booking, and reminders to customers who agreed to them.

  • Major repairs

Bigger tickets and longer decisions. The estimate goes out for approval from your shop software, and a follow-up email if it sits.

On every inquiry, the agent asksYear, make and modelWhat it's doingDrive in or tow? When worksAnything else goes to you. Separate question flows for each job type are a project, quoted after the audit.

How one inquiry moves.

Example. A brake inquiry that comes in on a Monday morning.

What kind of business do you run?

Tap yours. Four more quick questions, then Sergei builds your free audit around the answers.

Questions, answered.

We got burned by an agency. Why is this different?

Fair question. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no 12-month contract. Every account, site and phone number stays in your name, and so do recordings and transcripts. You deal with Sergei, not an account manager. And if the free audit shows you don't need us, it says so.

Will the AI agent quote prices or tell customers what is wrong with their car?

No diagnosis, ever. It collects the year, make, model, mileage and symptoms, and books an inspection. It only shares prices you give it, like a set oil change price or your diagnostic fee. Everything else waits for your tech and a written estimate.

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes. It says it is an AI assistant in the first message. When someone asks for a person, or the question needs judgment, it hands off to your service desk with a summary.

Can it text estimates and "your car is ready" updates?

Yes, to customers who gave their number for that job and agreed to texts. We never send cold texts or robocalls. Approvals are saved so you have a record of what the customer authorized.

What does California require for estimates and ads?

California requires your shop name, BAR registration number and the phone number on file with BAR in your ads, and your registration on your website, and a written estimate the customer authorizes before work starts. We set up the site, the ads and the approval messages with that in mind, and check your registration display in every audit. Your shop stays responsible for the estimate itself.

Does this work with my shop management software?

Usually. We start with the phone, calendar and shop software you already use. If something cannot connect, the audit says so and suggests the simplest fix.

Will you send service reminders to my customer list?

Only to existing customers who agreed to hear from you, by text or email, and every message has an easy way to opt out. You approve the wording before anything goes out.

How do you handle reviews?

Every customer gets the same review request after pickup. We never filter who gets asked and never offer anything in exchange, which is how the FTC says reviews should be requested.

How do you handle auto repair SEO and your Google Business Profile?

We do not sell SEO as a separate service. It is part of Ads & Listings and the Growth plan. Your Google Business Profile gets the right categories, hours, the makes and services you handle and real shop photos, and every customer is asked for a review the same way. Your site gets a page for each service, like brakes, diagnostics and maintenance, with the same name, address and phone number as your listings. Nobody can promise a ranking, and we do not.

Can you promise more cars or more revenue?

No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise what we control, like launch dates, reply times, reminders that actually go out and tracking that works, and we show you the numbers every month.

Do you work outside Orange County?

Yes. We are based in Orange County and work with independent repair shops anywhere in the US. Everything can be done remotely.

See where your repair calls slip away.

A free, written audit for your shop. One test inquiry and how fast it gets a reply, your site and BAR registration display, your listings and reviews, and what could run on its own.
