I'm Sergei. For more than ten years I've designed and marketed products at companies like Apple, Amazon and Empower, often where one confusing step costs people money. The job is to watch how people use something and fix the places where they get stuck.
A local business has the same problem in a different place. A customer can't find your number on a phone, a call goes to voicemail at 9 PM, a quote form goes nowhere. I set up and run the fix myself.
I take full responsibility for the work and for doing exactly what we agreed. How I get there is my job; what you see is the work done, on time.

Six rules we don't bend, on every project and every plan.

You own every account.
The website, the domain, the ad accounts, the listings and the phone numbers are in your name. If you leave, everything stays with you.

Month to month.
No long contracts. Plans run month to month with 30 days' notice. You stay because it works.

Plain numbers, every month.
On Growth and Operator, one short report: where customers came from, how fast they heard back, what got booked and what ran on its own.

Tracking before ad spend.
We don't spend a dollar of your ad budget until every call and form is tracked to its source.

AI always says it is AI.
Our agents never pretend to be a person. They tell customers they are an AI assistant and bring you in when a judgment call is needed.

No promises we can't keep.
No one can honestly promise more leads, a top ranking or more revenue. We promise what we control: launch dates, reply times and tracking that works.

I work from Aliso Viejo and am happy to meet at your office or on a job site anywhere in Orange County. Everywhere else, the audit, the setup and the check-ins all work remotely. Our first focus was remodelers and design-build firms, and the same approach fits any business whose customers call, book and come back.
We start small and keep it steady.
