Gym and studio marketing that answers every trial-class question and offers a class time.
Your website, ads and listings, social media, an AI agent and follow-up, set up for intro offers, class schedules and memberships and run as one system. Chats and DMs get a reply in seconds and a trial class on the schedule, then follow-up by email, and by text where the client agreed to it.
New client
Hi! I've never done reformer pilates. Do you have beginner classes, and is there an intro offer? I live in Costa Mesa.
AI assistant · Linden & Lark Studio
Hi, this is Linden & Lark's AI assistant. Yes, our Reformer Foundations class is made for first-timers, and new clients start with an intro offer. Does Tue 6:00 PM or Thu 7:30 AM work?
Tuesday at 6 works.

- Follow-up set for after the class
New, and upfront about it.

Where new studio clients slip away.
Choosing a studio is personal. People compare a few places, read the reviews, look at the classes and the instructors and notice how quickly each one answers. New clients tend to slip away in the same few places.
- 01
They DM at night. You reply after class.
People look for a studio in the evening and on weekends, while you are teaching or closing up. By the time you answer, they have booked somewhere else.
- 02
Schedule questions fill your inbox.
What time is the beginner class, do I need socks, is there parking, how does the intro offer work. The same questions, every day, in five different apps.
- 03
The trial class ends. Then nothing.
Someone takes their first class, likes it and walks out. Without a timely, friendly follow-up, the membership conversation never happens.
- 04
Marketplace clients stay marketplace clients.
Class marketplaces can fill spots, but those clients book through the app, not through you. Few of them are ever invited to become members.
- 05
Lapsed members drift away quietly.
A member misses two weeks, then a month, then cancels. Nobody noticed in time to check in.
- 06
Busy months hide a slow pipeline.
January fills the room. When it slows down in summer, nothing is lined up, and social posts stopped back in February.
One system, built for studios.
One person runs all of it. Start with the piece that leaks the most and add the rest when you are ready.

Tuned to the clients you want more of.
We start with the jobs you want more of: your ads and your site point there first. One AI agent answers every inquiry with the same few questions and books the visit.
Intro offers
The first booking matters most. Your intro offer leads the site and the ads, and the agent books a first class right away.
Memberships
Most trial clients decide in the first week or two. One thank-you email with the offer you approve.
Win-back
A friendly check-in when a member stops booking, in your voice, by email with an opt-out.
January and back-to-school
The seasons people look for a new routine. A seasonal sprint from $1.5k sets up the offer and the ads before the rush.

What kind of business do you run?
Tap yours. Four more quick questions, then Sergei builds your free audit around the answers.
Questions, answered.
We got burned by an agency. Why is this different?
Fair question. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no 12-month contract. Every account, site and phone number stays in your name, and so do recordings and transcripts. You deal with Sergei, not an account manager. And if the free audit shows you don't need us, it says so.
Will an AI assistant feel off for a studio built on community?
It should sound like your front desk, not a call center. We write the replies with you, in your tone, and keep them short. It says it is an AI assistant, answers the basics and books the class. Anything personal goes to your staff, with a summary.
What happens with injury or health questions?
The agent does not give health or medical advice. It notes the question, tells the client a team member will follow up and flags it for you or the instructor before class.
Do I have to switch booking software?
Usually not. We start with the booking software, calendar, email and phone you already use. If something cannot connect, the audit says so and suggests the simplest fix.
We get clients from class marketplaces. Does this work with them?
Where the platform and its rules allow it, those clients can get the same welcome and follow-up as your own bookings. Every source is tracked, so you can see which ones become members.
Will you text our clients?
Only clients who agreed to receive texts from you, and never cold. Emails always include an opt-out. The first message of every template is reviewed by a person before it goes out.
Does anything go out with our name on it without approval?
No. You approve every reply template and every post before launch, and we read the first conversations ourselves. Clips and photos show clients or instructors only with their permission.
How do you handle reviews?
Every client gets the same review request after their first few classes. We never filter who gets asked and never offer anything in exchange, which is how the FTC says reviews should be requested.
How do you market a gym or fitness studio?
Make the first class easy to book. A site with your schedule, prices or intro offer and a clear booking button, a complete Google Business Profile with reviews, and regular posts that show your real classes and coaches. Answer every DM and chat quickly, because people often message a few studios at once. Then add ads for your intro offer, track every booking to its source, and follow up after the first class. We do not promise members or full classes.
Can you promise more members or full classes?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise what we control, like launch dates, reply times, follow-up that actually runs and tracking that works, and we show you the numbers every month.
Do you work outside Orange County?
Yes. We are based in Orange County and work with studios anywhere in the US. Everything can be done remotely.
See where your new studio clients slip away.
A free, written audit for your studio. One test message and how fast it gets a reply, your site and booking flow, your listings, reviews and social pages, and what could run on its own.
