Marketing for remodelers that answers every inquiry fast and follows up until the consultation.
Your website, ads and listings, an AI agent and follow-up, set up for kitchen, bath, ADU and whole-home work and run as one system. Inquiries get a reply in seconds and a walkthrough on your calendar, then follow-up by email, and by text where the homeowner agreed to it.
Homeowner
Hi, we want to redo our kitchen and maybe open the wall to the family room. Budget is around $80k. Do you work in Irvine?
AI assistant · Harbor & Pine
Hi, this is Harbor & Pine's AI assistant. Yes, we do kitchens in Irvine, wall removals included. A walkthrough takes about an hour. Does Tue 10:00 or Wed 4:30 work?
Tuesday at 10 works.

Where good remodel inquiries slip away.
Remodeling is a high-trust, high-ticket decision. Homeowners take their time, compare a few firms and pay close attention to how each one responds. Good inquiries tend to slip away in the same few places.
- 01
They write at night. You reply on Monday.
Homeowners plan remodels in the evening and on weekends, when the office is closed and you are on a job site. Many reach out to a few firms at once.
- 02
Paid leads are shared leads.
Lead marketplaces often send one request to several contractors, and ads bring everyone from ready-to-build to just curious. You pay for all of it.
- 03
Wrong-fit calls eat your evenings.
A full kitchen on a bathroom budget, a city you do not serve, a job you do not do. Without a few questions up front, every callback is a guess.
- 04
The estimate goes out. Then silence.
You spend hours on a walkthrough and a proposal. Then nobody follows up, because everyone is busy building.
- 05
The website undersells the work.
Your projects are $80k kitchens. If the site shows stock photos, no license number and a form that goes nowhere, homeowners notice.
- 06
A full schedule hides an empty pipeline.
When crews are booked, marketing stops. Then the slow months arrive with nothing lined up.
One system, built for remodelers.
One person runs all of it. Start with the piece that leaks the most and add the rest when you are ready.

Tuned to the jobs you want more of.
We start with the jobs you want more of: your ads and your site point there first. One AI agent answers every inquiry with the same few questions and books the visit.
Kitchens
The job most homeowners search for first. Ads and your site lead with kitchens, and every inquiry gets a reply and a walkthrough time.
Bathrooms
Smaller budgets and quicker decisions. A fast reply matters most, so the agent offers walkthrough times right away.
ADUs
Long timelines and lots of questions. The agent books the consultation, and your answers on permits and cost stay with you.
Whole-home and additions
The biggest jobs and the longest decisions. Real project photos on your site, and a follow-up email after every estimate.

What kind of business do you run?
Tap yours. Four more quick questions, then Sergei builds your free audit around the answers.
Questions, answered.
We got burned by an agency. Why is this different?
Fair question. Month to month with 30 days' notice, no 12-month contract. Every account, site and phone number stays in your name, and so do recordings and transcripts. You deal with Sergei, not an account manager. And if the free audit shows you don't need us, it says so.
Will an AI agent feel cheap to a client planning a $150k remodel?
It should not sound like a call center. We write the replies with you, in your tone, and keep them short. It says it is an AI assistant, answers the basics and books the walkthrough. Anything that needs judgment goes to you, with a summary.
Will it quote prices?
Only what you approve. Some firms like to share a typical starting range so homeowners know what to expect. If you prefer not to, the agent books a walkthrough and leaves pricing to you.
We get leads from Angi, Thumbtack and Yelp. Do those work with this?
Yes. Where the platform allows it, those leads get the same fast reply and follow-up as your own inquiries. Every source is tracked, so you can see which ones turn into walkthroughs and decide where to keep paying.
Do I have to switch CRMs or project software?
Usually not. We start with the calendar, email, phone and CRM you already use. If something cannot connect, the audit says so and suggests the simplest fix.
Will my license number be on the site and in the ads?
Yes. California requires your CSLB license number in advertising, including your website, and we check it in every audit.
Does anything go out with my name on it without my approval?
No. You approve every reply template and every post before launch, and we read the first conversations ourselves. Posts use your own job photos, only with the homeowner's permission.
How do you handle reviews?
Every client gets the same review request after the final walkthrough. We never filter who gets asked and never offer anything in exchange, which is how the FTC says reviews should be requested.
How do you market a remodeling business?
Start with proof and speed. A site with real project galleries and a page for each kind of work, like kitchens, baths, ADUs and whole-home remodels, a complete Google Business Profile with reviews, and a fast, calm reply to every inquiry. Then add Google Ads for the projects you want more of, track every lead to its source, and follow up on every walkthrough and proposal until the client decides. We do not sell leads, and we do not promise them. Your Google profile and local search work are part of Ads & Listings, not a separate SEO service.
Can you promise more leads or signed jobs?
No, and be wary of anyone who does. We promise what we control, like launch dates, reply times, follow-up that actually runs and tracking that works, and we show you the numbers every month.
Do you work outside Orange County?
Yes. We are based in Orange County and work with remodelers and design-build firms anywhere in the US. Everything can be done remotely.
See where your remodel inquiries slip away.
A free, written audit for your firm. One test inquiry and how fast it gets a reply, your site and license display, your listings and reviews, and what could run on its own.
